The Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors conducts its monthly meetings at 7:00 p.m. in the General District Courtroom of the Edwin R. Shields Courthouse Addition in Chatham, VA.  Regular meetings are held on the first Monday of each month and Adjourned meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month.

The public is cordially invited to attend the Board of Supervisors meetings. Any person wishing to address the Board may do so by attending the meeting and responding to the request by the Chairman for audience concerns that are not listed on the formal agenda.  Any person desiring to make a formal informational presentation, in particular presentations which would require Board action, should contact the Office of the County Administrator in advance and request to be placed on a Board Meeting Agenda.
