David N. Grimes Commonwealth Attorney |

| David N. Grimes was elected in 1992 as Commonwealth's Attorney for Pittsylvania County and has been re-elected since then. He attended Northern Virginia Community College where he received his A.A. in 1970, and Madison College where he received his B.A. in 1972. He went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Richmond in 1977. David served as Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney or Pittsylvania County from 1980-1987, and practiced privately in Danville, Virginia from 1987-1991 before being elected as Commonwealth's Attorney. |

| Robert "Bryan" Haskins has served as Chief Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney for Pittsylvania County since 1998. Bryan graduated from East Carolina University in 1989 and Regent University School of Law in 1993. He was admitted to the Virginia State Bar. in 1993 and from 1993-1995 practiced general criminal law. From 1995-1998 he was a partner for Turner, Haskins & Whitfield LC, a general practice in domestic and criminal law. |
