Our CAD screens sit at the center of our console. The CAD or Computer Aided Dispatch program allows a dispatcher to quickly and accurately take emergency calls, and dispatch them to police, fire, rescue, and other units. A dispatcher can see what units are doing, and see what is happening in the county at a glance.
